1. Order Cancellations

a) Before Shipment

If the cancellation request is received before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.


b) After Shipment

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may instead request a return or replacement in accordance with the sections below.


2. Returns

  • The issue is reported within 2 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase and clear photographic evidence are provided
