We currently ship only within India and offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. Additional regions may be added in the future.

We work with trusted third-party delivery partners who collectively service 99%+ of PIN codes across India. In the rare event that your PIN code is not serviceable, we will contact you directly to assist with your order or provide an appropriate resolution.

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Amazon Parity

INCEPTUM: Dawn of Civilizations may also be available for purchase through Amazon India.

  • Orders placed on stratmechstudios.com are fulfilled independently of Amazon orders.
  • Shipping timelines, packaging, and customer support standards are intended to be broadly comparable to those offered on Amazon, but may differ due to platform-specific logistics, courier allocation, or operational constraints.
  • For orders placed on Amazon, Amazon’s own shipping, delivery, and customer service policies will apply.
